My approach is holistic and based in various theraputic evidence based modalities and interventions. I am a firm believer in you being the expert in your life and building upon your own strengths. My role will be to guide and encourage you along.

. . . I use an integrated mix of evidence-based cognitive-behavioral interventions in context of an object relations-oriented conceptualization of relationships and personality. I am specifically trained in transference-focused psychotherapy.
