You are the expert in your own life, I am simply the bridge to help you walk through the path to wellness. I use an eclectic approach, meaning a variety/combination of modalities, because therapy is not a cookie cutter experience.

Together, we will make this space one that is non-judgmental, delve into past life experiences, and establish goals for treatment. We will work through the issue you find to be most prevalent first, and always keep your preferences in mind.

I specialize in working with multicultural individuals, particularly Muslims, South Asians, and Middle Easterners, though I am comfortable treating clients of all ethnicities and backgrounds. I also enjoy working with children and elder adults.
