Warm, accepting, intuitive, empathetic, and silly!

Therapy is a mixture of cultivating inner love, deconstructing shame, and allowing all emotions to exist without judgment. I integrate emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, and interpersonal neurobiology!

My passions within the therapy world are working through trauma, anxiety, body image, and exploring gender expressions and sexual identities. I enjoy working primarily with teens and young adults and I strive to be LGBTQIA+ affirming.
