I strive to be a safe and consistent presence. I utilize an active approach that provides practical skills based on your needs. I am on your team!
I tap into your personal strengths and use that to our benefit and then build skills as needed based on what works best for you. I don't expect you to meditate for an hour a day if that's not realistic for your life. We'll figure it out together!
I want to explore the "life that you want to live" and figure out how that differs from the life you are currently living. I want to know what's important to you and how we can move towards goals on a daily basis and untangle what gets in the way.
People who are going through a difficult life transition with existential undertones and wanting support in finding some answers to life's biggest questions. Who am I? What makes my life meaningful? How do I contribute to make the world better?
I've always worked with people in a variety of settings, and counseling aligns perfectly with my personal and professional values.
I have availability for in-person sessions in River Arts District in Asheville, but I also offer telehealth sessions for all of North Carolina.
I practice what I teach to others- mindfulness, coping skills, values-directed living. From hobbies, relationships, and professionalism- I care deeply about everything that I take part in. I offer free 20-minute consults calls!
