I am an easy-going person with an adaptable and compassionate nature. That shows in my open, forthcoming, and integrative style of therapy.
I use a wide range of techniques in my daily work, but mainly focus on an integrative approach using acceptance and commitment theory, feminist theory, and person-centered approaches
We will work to understand you as you are, have been, and would like to be. We will explore what it means to have agency in your own life and how to remove the barriers that may be standing in the way.
Everyone deserves to find some agency in their life, and I aspire to walk with my client while they do so.
Counselors should be free of judgment and open to each person that steps into their office. I strive to provide that to each person I see, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, or socioeconomic status.
