Coming to therapy with me is a space that is safe to share and work through the more difficult parts of your life. I am licensed in Michigan & Vermont

Together, we will explore techniques to meet your specific situation, which may include EMDR. You will learn skills that will teach you how to handle difficulties, from the past, present or future. Our work together will be a building block for you.

We will work on your identified goals. You will develop confidence in your ability to independently, effectively manage the peaks & valleys of your life. As time goes on, you will learn tools and skills and will become more confident with yourself.

I have successful experience with clients with addictions, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, inner conflict, relationship issues (domestic abuse, negative relationship patterns). I, personally, have lost someone to addiction.

My personal life experiences, and my desire to help people improve their situation. I enjoy working with clients and seeing them succeed.

I offer therapy via tele-health in order to reach my clients who have transportation, time, or geographical challenges getting to therapy.
